Product introduction

Refractory brick for cement and lime kiln is a product designed for high-temperature kiln lining of cement and lime kiln. Physical and chemical indicators

(1) Magnesium-aluminum spinel brick (CEMAMAG CMS)

Magnesia sand and synthetic spinel are used as main raw materials and fired at high temperature. (2) Magnesia iron spinel brick (CEMAMAG CFS)

It can be used for both firing zone and transition zone, especially in the rotary kiln hub area.

(3) Magnesium Manganese Spinel Brick (CEMAMAG CNS)

Magnesium-manganese spinel brick is a patented product of the invention. Magnesia is used as the main raw material, manganese compound is added, and it is fired at a high temperature. Magnesium-manganese spinel bricks and magnesium-aluminum spinel bricks and magnesia-iron spinel bricks not only have superior thermal shock stability, high-temperature mechanical flexibility and wear resistance, but also excellent kiln skinning ability. It can be used in both the firing zone and the transition zone of the rotary kiln. It has practical significance for customers to optimize refractory configuration, reduce inventory, and facilitate management.

(4) Magnesia-chromium spinel brick (CEMAMAG CMK)

Magnesia and chromite are used as main raw materials and fired at high temperature. Magnesia-chrome bricks were once the most widely used, most mature, and most economical cement kiln firing bricks, and can be used in transition zones. It has excellent performance in hanging kiln skin, good thermal shock resistance, good fatigue resistance to heat load, excellent chemical corrosion resistance, excellent resistance to overheating damage and good oxidation resistance.

(5) Silicone brick (CEMAMAG CAS)

Corundum, bauxite, silicon carbide as the main raw material, firing at medium temperature. It has excellent thermal shock resistance, excellent thermal load fatigue performance, high temperature mechanical flexibility, excellent wear resistance and anti-reduction atmosphere performance. Usually used in transition zones.
