Ao's refractory material is designed for the glass melting furnace regenerator. It is one of the ace products of Ao'an and one of the traditional superior products of Osa production history for more than 50 years. Ao's has several patents in this product field. Divided into five series according to the material, namely pure magnesium (GMB), magnesia (GMK), magnesium zirconium (GMZ), forsterite (GMS) and low porosity clay (GDN).
(1) Pure Magnesium Brick (GLASSIMAG GMB)
Pure magnesium sand is used as the main raw material in various forms, and it is fired at medium or high temperature. It has excellent resistance to alkali vapor damage, oxidation-reduction damage and excellent thermal conductivity. Medium and upper checker bricks and wall tiles for glass furnace regenerators.
(2) Magnesium zirconium brick (GLASSIMAG GMZ)
High-quality magnesia and zircon sand are used as the main raw materials, and are fired at medium and high temperatures. Compared with the matrix magnesium brick, the load softening temperature is higher, the thermal shock stability is good, especially the resistance to alkali vapor permeability and repeated condensation-evaporation damage is superior. Mainly used for the upper middle lattice brick of the regenerator.
(3) Magnesia-chrome brick (GLASSIMAG GMK)
Magnesia and chromite are used as main raw materials and fired at high temperature. It has excellent thermal shock stability and repeated condensation of alkali vapor resistance - evaporation damage performance. Central brick and wall tiles for glass furnace regenerators.
(4) Forsterite brick (GLASSIMAG GMS)
It is made of magnesia and low-iron forsterite as the main raw material and is fired at medium and high temperature. It has excellent thermal shock resistance, high temperature creep, sulfate resistance and slag resistance. An alternative to magnesia-chrome bricks is used as a lattice store for glass furnace regenerators.
(5) Low porosity porosity clay brick (GLASSIMAG GDN)
The low porosity porosity clay brick is made of refractory clay or coke gem clinker as the main raw material, and is formed by high pressure molding and high temperature firing. The product has the characteristics of high strength, low porosity, strong resistance to penetration and erosion. Mainly used in the bottom of glass furnace regenerator.
